Frequently asked questions
What is the Replov wallet?
Replov is our PaaS platform that handles authentication and billing. Your Replov wallet is a prepaid INR balance. On Pay-as-you-go plans, all usage is charged to this wallet. On subscription plans, usage beyond your monthly quota is charged to the wallet.
Can I bring my own SMTP, SMS, or WhatsApp provider?
Yes. You can configure your own SMTP server for free email delivery, your own MSG91 account for SMS, and your own Meta WhatsApp Business API credentials. BYO provider costs are significantly lower.
Do unused quotas roll over?
No. Monthly quotas reset on your billing anniversary date. Unused quota does not carry forward.
What happens if I exceed my plan quota?
Usage beyond your plan quota is automatically billed to your Replov wallet at the per-unit rates shown below. Your campaigns continue without interruption as long as your wallet has balance.
Is there a free trial?
The Pay-as-you-go plan is free to start — you only pay for actual usage. Top up your Replov wallet with any amount to begin.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Cancel from your Settings page. Your plan stays active until the end of the billing period. See our Refund Policy for details.
