Acceptable Use Policy

This Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP") governs how you may use OutreachAI by Replova Labs Private Limited. This policy is incorporated into and forms part of our Terms of Service. Violations may result in immediate suspension or termination of your account.

1. General Principles

You agree to use OutreachAI only for lawful B2B outreach purposes. You must:

  • Have a legitimate business reason for contacting every lead
  • Accurately represent your identity and business in all communications
  • Respect opt-out and unsubscribe requests immediately
  • Comply with all applicable laws including IT Act 2000, TRAI regulations, and DPDP Act 2023

2. Email Outreach Rules

  • You must not send unsolicited bulk email to purchased lists with no prior business relationship
  • Every email must include your real business name and a working unsubscribe mechanism
  • You must not use deceptive subject lines or false sender identities
  • You must not send emails containing malware, phishing links, or fraudulent content
  • You must honor unsubscribe requests within 48 hours
  • Maximum email frequency: no more than 2 outreach emails per lead per week unless they have opted in

3. Voice Calling Rules

3.1 TRAI DND Compliance

India's Telecom Regulatory Authority (TRAI) maintains a Do Not Disturb (DND) registry. While OutreachAI is designed for B2B calling to business phone numbers:

  • You must not use the platform to call numbers registered on the TRAI DND list for promotional purposes
  • You are responsible for verifying that your contact lists comply with DND regulations
  • Transactional/service calls to existing business contacts are permitted under TRAI guidelines

3.2 Calling Hours

The platform enforces calling hours between 9:00 AM and 8:00 PM IST, in compliance with TRAI regulations. You must not attempt to circumvent these restrictions.

3.3 Call Content

  • AI voice call scripts must accurately represent your business and offering
  • You must not use AI voice calls to impersonate individuals, government agencies, or other businesses
  • You must not use voice calls for harassment, threats, or intimidation
  • Call recordings are stored for quality and compliance purposes; you must inform call recipients if legally required in your jurisdiction

3.4 Bulk Calling Limits

  • Maximum 5,000 contacts per bulk call job
  • Maximum 10 bulk call jobs per hour per workspace
  • You must have sufficient billing balance before initiating a batch

4. SMS & WhatsApp Rules

  • SMS messages must comply with TRAI's commercial communication regulations
  • You must use approved sender IDs/headers for commercial SMS in India
  • WhatsApp messages must comply with Meta's Business Policy and Commerce Policy
  • You must not send promotional messages to numbers that have opted out
  • Template messages must be pre-approved where required by the messaging platform

5. Lead Data & Discovery

  • Leads discovered via Google Places are from publicly available business listings
  • You must not scrape, export, or resell lead data obtained through OutreachAI for the sole purpose of data brokering
  • You must not upload CSV files containing personal (non-business) phone numbers for bulk calling
  • You are responsible for the accuracy and legality of any contact data you upload

6. Prohibited Uses

You must not use OutreachAI for:

  • Spam, unsolicited mass communications, or chain messages
  • Fraudulent schemes, scams, phishing, or social engineering
  • Promoting illegal products, services, or activities
  • Harassment, stalking, threats, or hate speech
  • Impersonation of any person, business, or government entity
  • Distributing malware, viruses, or harmful code
  • Attempting to circumvent billing, quotas, rate limits, or DND restrictions
  • Using the platform to generate or store content that exploits minors
  • Reverse-engineering, scraping, or abusing the platform's APIs beyond intended use
  • Reselling access to OutreachAI or sublicensing your account

7. Rate Limits & Fair Use

To ensure platform stability and fair usage for all users, we enforce rate limits on API calls, campaign launches, and bulk operations. These limits are documented in the application and may be adjusted based on your plan tier. Attempting to circumvent rate limits through automation, multiple accounts, or other means is a violation of this policy.

8. Reporting Violations

If you become aware of any misuse of OutreachAI, including receiving unwanted communications from an OutreachAI user, please report it to abuse@replov.com. We investigate all reports and take appropriate action.

9. Enforcement

Violations of this AUP may result in:

  • Warning notification
  • Temporary suspension of outreach features
  • Permanent account termination
  • Reporting to relevant authorities if required by law

We reserve the right to determine what constitutes a violation at our reasonable discretion.
